Specialized Skilled Care

Sometimes a few days in the hospital isn’t enough. Skilled nursing care is available in our community for times that you may need a little longer to recover after a surgery or a significant decline in health. Skilled nursing exists to provide advanced medical resources that you can find in a hospital, but in a home-like setting. We provide expert care, 24 hours per day, and provide daily assistance. After a joint replacement or a stroke or other serious medical condition Ridgecrest offers rehab-to-home plans, and we partner with Reliant Rehab for cutting edge physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Living Options

Ridgecrest is proud to offer three distinctly different lifestyle choices. Every resident has specific needs and each of our living arrangements is tailored to address those needs. Whether you simply wish to enjoy your freedom in a secure and monitored environment or you require around the clock healthcare, Ridgecrest has accommodations that will meet and exceed your desires.

We offer independent living, assisted living, skilled short-term care, and long-term care. We are a true CCRC, and we do accept the assisted living Medicaid waiver.

Senior Apartment Living

Residents who choose our apartment living are encouraged to continue to live life to the fullest and to go wherever their active lifestyle takes them, while being able to enjoy the added comfort and security of assistance should the need arise. For those capable of independent living, our private apartments are available in comfortable one-bedroom/one-bath or two-bedroom/two-bath floor plans complete with kitchens and luxurious décor. Covered parking and a separate private entrance are provided as well as three meals a day, maintenance, housekeeping services, and a 24-hour emergency call system for added safety and security.

Nursing Center—Skilled Nursing

As an integral part of the Ridgecrest Community, our nursing center provides the dedicated and professional care of registered and licensed nurses 24 hours a day. Medical services include skilled nursing, occupational, physical and speech therapies, specialized diets and help with daily personal grooming and bathing. Care and compassion are the hallmarks furnished by our trained and competent staff, assuring the needs of our residents are always met.

Ridgecrest Retirement Community accepts the following payor sources for long term care:

• Most private / long-term care insurance policies

Rates are determined by the level of care and private or semi-private room.
